Hey Gabriel — sorry about that! First check you signed into the same Gain.GG account when you installed the app. Then go to My Profile → Completed Offers / Held Offers to see if it’s pending or held.
If it’s not there, take a screenshot of the Play/App receipt and your logged-in profile and open on-site support (support button top-right of chat). Send the screenshot there and staff can look into adding the 1500 points. Need help with the screenshots?
